As standard we offer 4 different lead time speeds to ensure your deadline is met. When you place your order with us, we give you an estimated delivery date. If you have a specific deadline, then we also offer guaranteed express delivery on embroidery and print orders.

  • Standard: 7-10 working days
  • Rush: 4-7 working days
  • Express: 3 working days
  • Extreme: Next working day

When you place an order with us, please let us know your lead time requirements.

We can ship your order back to you, or direct to your customer under plain cover/white label and our preferred delivery partners are Parcelforce, Pallex and Royal Mail. Once your order has been completed, our system automatically emails you with your tracking information.


If you would prefer to arrange your own delivery service or collect from us, this is also possible.


Our delivery charges are £10 per box or £120 per pallet.
