  • what do we do?

    We offer a trade embroidery and print service to companies, brands, manufacturers and other industries.

  • are we discreet?

    Yes, we can ship orders back to you, or we can ship them direct to your customer or client under plain cover/white label.

  • are we trade only?

    Yes, we only work with brands, agencies, contractors and any other individual or company requiring trade embroidery, contract embroidery or print.


    We do not work with end users.

  • do you supply the clothing/materials, or can I?

    Both.  We can source clothing, materials and fabrics from our approved suppliers. or, you can ship your items into us from yourselves or your chosen supplier.

  • can I supply artwork/embroidery files?

    You can supply artwork in vector format or the appropriate embroidery file.


    If you're not able to do this we can set-up any artwork or re-draw it for a small fee.

  • what are your lead times/turnaround?

    We offer various lead times, which depend on the the size and complexity of your requirement.


    As a quideline:


    Standard: 7-10 working days

    Rush: 4-7 Working Days

    Extreme: Next Working Day 

  • what are your prices?

    Our prices are shown on the embroidery and print pages found under the services tab at the top of the page.


    Alternatively, please request a quote from us and we'll reply to you with a detailed quotation.

  • can we create the correct artwork?

    Yes - we have an in-house team of experts who can convert your artwork into the correct formats required for embroidery or print.

  • is there a minimum order?

    No, but if your order is under 6 items then a small order surchage of £6 applies.
