So, we've all spent this year scratching our heads... what's been going on? It's been an interesting 'ahem' year in contract embroidery.
We've worked really hard to keep our staff safe and our customers contract embroidery requirements well looked after too, and we hope all of you are keeping safe as well. We'd like to thank all our existing and new customers for supporting us, we're all in this together and we'll be proud to come out of this crisis with you too. We work with trade only customers and one thing that has mattered over these last few months is our integrity. We've welcomed new customers who have realised that their existing contract embroidery partners cannot be trusted... and have been going direct and trying to poach their own customers! WE DO NOT DO THAT HERE!!! You can trust us to build a solid relationship with you and you only.
At Night Owl Contract Embroidery we ship your embroidery or print jobs to your customers under plain cover/white label packaging and that's how we want it to stay. We work with you to improve your customer relationships by providing a reliable and quality trade contract embroidery service. In August we had our machines serviced. Our friends from Barudan came to site and safely serviced our entire production line from top to bottom. New parts, new software, new needles... new everything. This has helped improve our efficiency and improve our lead times.
As we enter the last few months of 2020 we're improving our in-house systems and procedures to ensure our service remains the best in the industry.

Back to work we go.
This week, was another week to celebrate in the trade embroidery world at Night Owl. Our friends at Barudan delivered another brand new 8 head embroidery machine to us. This means more capacity for urgent trade embroidery, urgent contract embroidery and 3rd party embroidery jobs. It also means we're taking on another member of staff to help cope with the post covid demand we've been experiencing. We have capacity for urgent jobs trade embroidery and contract embroidery jobs, so if you're bored of being let down elsewhere or just have a large job you need help with... let us know.
